My facebook group, the Business Success Movement is now starting to read Start With WHY as a group to inspire more business owners to gain an understanding of this idea.

I have been more focused in the last 7 months then I have in the last 18+ years of owning my business (or at least the last 15 years for sure). The second crack at it a year ago was warming things up and getting closer. My first WHY was about the results I was seeking. I since then have reworked my WHY and started the Business Success Movement to help business owners fail less, succeed more, create businesses they can sell, and build philanthropy into their business model. Then I tried inspiring to read the book and apply these ideas to their business. After a quarter with a handful of clients, they were struggling. Anyhow, a year ago, I started a beta group to practice helping business owners build a more successful business through stronger business management systems. I didn't take it down, but made it harder to find on my site instead of a link in the navigation. I had a guy that was working with me tell me I should take it down.

I created my first WHY and posted a video of it on my website. At that time I was trying to reinvent myself and my business. I bought Simon's book Start With Why back in 2013 I think.
